Terms of Service

These terms explain what Proof & Feed does, what we ask of you, and the rules that apply when you use this website or buy our service.

Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. Who we are and what we sell

Proof & Feed (“Proof & Feed,” “we,” “us”) is a marketing and content-creation service for small and local businesses, primarily trades and food businesses. Customers send us authentic photos and information about work they have actually done. We review, enhance, and organise that material and produce branded promotional content from it — social-media graphics and posts, short-form video edits (reels) assembled from customer footage and images, captions, calls to action, simple campaign plans, and related marketing materials. We also prepare and schedule approved content to the customer’s own connected social accounts where that is part of the plan purchased.

Proof & Feed is a creative and marketing services business only. We do not provide financial services, investment products or advice, credit repair, lending, fundraising, travel services, legal advice, or any regulated product.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting photos or information, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The offer and pricing

Current published offers on this site are the free 5-Photo Proof Test and the Founding Membership at $299 per month. The Founding Membership includes 12 finished content pieces per month, up to 4 short-form reels per month, photo enhancement, captions and calls to action, Facebook and Instagram scheduling of approved content, the Proof Vault™, a Monthly Proof Report™, and one reasonable revision per piece.

The 5-Photo Proof Test is free and requires no card and no commitment. Items listed as not included on the membership page — including on-site professional shoots, paid-ad management or ad spend, website builds, logo design, daily posting, community management or inbox handling, and unlimited reels or revisions — are not part of the membership.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change pricing for future billing periods with advance notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid.

4. Recurring billing

The Founding Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, it renews automatically each month on the same calendar day as your start date, and the monthly fee is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; Proof & Feed does not store full card numbers. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Send accurate information and genuine photos or video of work your business actually performed, prepared, or sold.
  • Confirm you own the material you send, or have permission from whoever does, and that you have permission from any identifiable person, property owner, or client shown.
  • Review and approve content before it is published, and tell us promptly if anything is inaccurate.
  • Keep your account details and any connected social accounts secure and accurate.
  • Comply with the rules of any social platform your content is published to.
  • Keep your payment method current while a subscription is active.

Production depends on you sending usable material. If we do not receive enough material in a billing period, we cannot produce the full monthly volume, and the fee for that period still applies.

6. Ownership and licence of submitted content

You keep ownership of the photos, video, text, logos, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). By submitting it, you grant Proof & Feed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, edit, enhance, adapt, and incorporate that material into deliverables for you, and to schedule or publish approved deliverables on your behalf to accounts you authorise. This licence exists so we can perform the service and ends for new uses when your account closes, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

On payment of the applicable fees, you own the finished content pieces we deliver to you and may use them for your own marketing. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, frameworks, software, and brand — including Proof Score™, Feed Trigger™, Trust Filter™, Proof Vault™, and the Monthly Proof Report™. We will only use your content or business name in our own portfolio, marketing, or case examples with your permission.

7. Approval and publishing authorisation

Nothing is published without your authorisation. You either approve each piece before it goes out, or you give us standing written authorisation to schedule approved categories of content to specified accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, prices, hours, offers, and availability you give us, and for the final decision to publish. We never auto-approve content on your behalf.

8. AI-assisted processing

We use AI-assisted tools in parts of the production process — for example image clean-up and enhancement, drafting caption language, organising and tagging material, and quality checks. All output is grounded in the source material and information you submit, and is reviewed by a person before delivery. We enhance the proof; we never invent the proof. We do not fabricate work, results, testimonials, before-and-after states, or anything else your material does not support. You always receive content for review before it is published.

9. Service timelines

We aim to acknowledge submissions within two business days, return a 5-Photo Proof Test sample within about five business days, and deliver membership content on a monthly production rhythm agreed with you. Turnaround depends on when usable material arrives, how quickly you approve, and the complexity of the request. These are targets, not guarantees, and they are not deadlines tied to any third-party event unless we agree to one in writing.

10. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not submit, or ask us to produce, content that:

  • You do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Is false, misleading, or depicts work your business did not perform.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or depicts minors inappropriately.
  • Promotes regulated or restricted offerings we do not serve — including financial or investment products, credit repair, lending, fundraising, travel services, firearms, drugs, adult services, or counterfeit goods.
  • Contains malware or attempts to interfere with the service or its security.
  • Makes guarantees about results, earnings, health outcomes, or legal outcomes that cannot be substantiated.

We may decline, hold, or remove any material or request that conflicts with these rules, platform policies, or our own integrity standards, and we will tell you why.

11. No guaranteed outcomes

Proof & Feed provides content production and marketing support. We do not promise leads, sales, bookings, followers, engagement, search rankings, virality, or any specific business result. Any examples shown on this site that are labelled illustrative are made-up demonstrations of the process, not client results.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the website and service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, platform changes, and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt service. We are not responsible for the behaviour, policies, downtime, or account decisions of third-party social platforms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proof & Feed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” except where the law does not allow that. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Proof & Feed against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from material you submitted, from claims you asked us to publish, or from your breach of these terms.

15. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, for prohibited content or conduct, or if we cannot work together honestly. If we end service without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period. On termination, we stop producing and scheduling new content; you keep the finished pieces already delivered.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes affecting active subscribers, give notice before the change applies to a new billing period. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.

17. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other in writing and allowing 30 days to respond. Any dispute not resolved that way will be handled in the state or state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and both sides consent to that venue. Nothing prevents either side from seeking relief in a small-claims court.
