We collect information needed to run the service, communicate with you, and turn your photos into useful marketing content. This falls into a few categories:

• Account and contact information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other details you provide when you sign up, submit a proof test, or become a member.
• Business information. Descriptions of your services, location information you choose to share, operating hours, and other context that helps us write accurately about your business.
• Photos, videos, and content you upload. The images, clips, captions, notes, and any other material you send through the proof test, membership, or admin tools.
• Usage and technical information. Pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and error logs. This helps us keep the service working and improve it.

Membership fees and other payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay, you enter payment details directly into Stripe’s secure system. Proof & Feed does not store full credit or debit card numbers on our own servers. Stripe shares limited information with us — such as the last four digits of the card, expiration date, and payment status — so we can manage your account and billing.

Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and support the Proof & Feed service.
• Review, score, enhance, write, and prepare content from your photos.
• Communicate with you about submissions, approvals, scheduling, and your account.
• Process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix technical issues.
• Improve the service based on how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or business details to train general-purpose AI models.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run Proof & Feed. These include hosting, database, storage, payment processing, email, analytics, and AI-assisted content tools. We only share information needed for the specific service they provide, and we require them to protect it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how people use the site. We may use analytics tools that collect anonymous usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Some content preparation steps use AI-assisted tools, such as image analysis, caption drafting, and writing suggestions. A human reviews and verifies the work before it is used. We do not use AI to invent facts, locations, people, or events. Our rule is the same for humans and tools: enhance the proof, never invent the proof.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or security purposes. Uploaded photos and finished content are retained according to your active membership or project terms and any legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

You can:

• Update your account or business information by contacting us.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for optional uses where consent was the legal basis.
• Close your account and request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Proof & Feed is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
